Special Hotel Booking Assistance

To make your travel planning easier, the following hotels have kindly agreed to accept reservations through the SEACON Team without requiring an advance deposit.

​

When you reserve through the SEACON Team, the hotel will send you a booking confirmation, and payment can be made directly to the hotel upon arrival and check-in.

These hotels are located approximately 2–3 km from Pinoy Stars Convention Center, with a travel time of about 5 minutes by Grab, taxi, tricycle, or private vehicle.

They are comfortable, budget-friendly hotels that include a simple breakfast.

Room Rate Guide

Approximate room rates range from:

• ₱1,200–₱2,500 per night

• US$21–44 per night

• ¥170–360 RMB per night

Rates are approximate and may vary depending on room availability and the hotel's current pricing.

Available Room Types

• Single Room – 1 single bed (1 guest)

• Double Room – 1 double or queen bed (1–2 guests)

• Twin Room – 2 single beds (2 guests)

 

Room Availability

The two participating hotels currently offer a combined total of approximately 40 guest rooms.

Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to reserve your room as early as possible, as availability may become limited closer to SEACON.

 

Extra Beds

If additional space is needed, an extra bed may be requested for most Double and Twin Rooms, subject to availability. The additional charge is approximately ₱450–₱700 per night, depending on the hotel and room type. We will confirm the availability and exact cost with the hotel when processing your reservation request.

 

How to Reserve

Include the following information:

• Preferred hotel

• Number of rooms

• Preferred room type

• Full name of each guest (exactly as shown on the passport)

• Check-in date

• Check-out date

 

If you have already purchased your airline tickets, please also attach:

• Passport copy (photo page)

• Flight itinerary or e-ticket

 

This information will help us coordinate your reservation with the hotel.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, the hotel will send a booking confirmation, and payment can be made directly to the hotel upon arrival and check-in.

 

We recommend making your reservation as early as possible to secure your preferred hotel and room type.
